shorter, thinner and wider
blade which enables it to
cut the slices of meat.
FLATWARE:

Is obtained in a wide variety of materials: sterling


silver, plated silver, derilyte (which is an alloy of golden
hue), stainless steel, and combinations of metal with
bone bamboo, ceramic plastic, mother of pearl, wood,
and other materials used for handles.
HALLOWARE:

Includes pieces used for serving and such decoration


objects as trays, pitchers, beverage pots, and vases.

Available in sterling, plated silver, derilyte, stainless


steel, copper, and brass.
BEVERAGE WARE:

Formerly known as glassware, is used to hold drinks or


liquids.

They consist of “unfootedware” and “stemware”.
