Ethical consumption.

We can keep our city and planet clean if we use the

Ethical consumption.

If you believe in the theory of small actions, then the more people commit
small but useful actions, the less will be the burden on nature. In the future,
this may force many companies to switch to more environmentally friendly
technologies.
5 rules of Ethical consumption for every day.
1. Buy seasonal local fruits and vegetables.

They aren't transported by aircraft, therefore, the air is not polluted.

Imported products aren't organic, and their production causes great harm to
the soil.
2. Don't use plastic bags and bottles.
• In the Arctic Ocean 300 billion pieces of plastic float! Think about this figure!
And in the Pacific there are rubbish hills as a small country.

Plastic is completely
decomposed in more
than 500 years. At
modern production rates
the Earth will be covered
with plastic even before
the “first batch of
emissions” will
decompose.
In addition, the
production of plastic
itself is extremely
harmful to the
environment.
Buy a reusable water
bottle and a beautiful
eco-bag for shopping.
Don't contribute to the
pollution of the planet.
3. Don't present bouquets.
You will be surprised, but the cultivation of flowers in industrial
production is harmful to the soil, and again too much water is consumed.
4. Don't buy gift wrapping
• This is unnecessary rubbish. Take the example of the Japanese: they
pack gifts in something old, e.g. scarves.
5. Do you know what is «Foodsharing»?

Foodsharing, the “food

exchange,” is the system that the
Germans invented. This
movement is aimed at the
salvation of fresh food, which
must be disposed.The main idea
of foodsharing is to minimize
food waste. You can pick up food
for yourself, give it to friends, or,
even more noble, distribute to
low-income people.
If you are going to visit,
agree on what everyone will
prepare in advance.
According to the report
«Food losses and waste in the
context of sustainable food
systems» UN, factories emit
about 40% of all food produced.
Coaches teach us: allow yourself everything you want.
Intrusive advertising advises: buy, go, get. Success is still measured
by material things. But here's a paradox: the more you get, the less
delight (меньше восторга) new things, interesting trips, great
parties bring. How to return the joy of a new dress?
The answer is simple: buy it later.
