TOOLS
TAPE MEASURE -
usually made of cloth

for taking body

RULER

METAL GAUGE
-This is movable
marker that measures
short distances and
correct thickness such as
distance between
buttons, pleats and
hems.
HEM GAUGE
-This is used to

correct hem of the
cloth.
FRENCH CURVE

drafting curves in
