Multiple Hurdles Approach is one in which an


applicant must earn a passing score for each predicator without compensating
high scores for low scores.
The five finalists would include: Jane Heckman, Maxine Renoir,

No single method is the perfect method, however combination of method that


holds highest value to person/job or person/organization match is ideal.
