 Availability

 The Availability is fluctuating all time due mainly to power issue

 CS Traffic (Erlg) & PS Traffic (GB)

 Generally the CS & PS Traffic follow almost same trend.

 From 7 Nov to 19 Nov, corresponding to schools vacation, the PS traffic was increased.
 Total PS Traffic Per Carrier(GB)

 Generally the CS & PS Traffic follow almost same trend on each carrier.
 In 3RA19, there is totally 191 sites where 164 sites are single carrier (UARFCN 3037) which explain the
high traffic carrying by this carrier compared to other carriers.
 HSDPA User Per Carrier

 In 3RA19, there is totally 191 sites where 164 sites are single carrier (UARFCN 3037) which explain the high
number of users carrying by this carrier compared to other carriers.
 Start from 30-Nov the number HSDPA user is decreasing because of winter season behavior in Aseer.
However the traffic keep almost same trend because the user experience improved ( get more download)
 CS/PS Call Setup Success Rate

 Generally CS & PS CSSR is fluctuating due availability issue.

 From 23 Dec CS & PS CSSR is improved after closed flowing of HW issue with concern team (FLM)
 CS/PS Call Drop Rate

 Generally the PS DCR is following almost same trend and it is below threshold.
 For CS DCR is showing great improvement as the trend is keep decreasing since 19 Nov thanks to
multiple optimization actions. It is decreased from around 0.70% to 0.45%.
 IRAT HOSR and Soft HOSR

 Soft HOSR follow same trend and more than 99.9%.

 Noticed degradation registered on 13th & 14th Nov due mainly to 2 sites HAB561 and H82003 due to 2G
co-sites HW issue (TT#PR00008020609, TT#PR00008163875).
 From 15 Dec the IRAT HSR is improved even better than the period 10-Oct to 12-Nov thanks to global
IRAT NB audit done on the whole RNC.
