social process by which individuals and organizations obtain


what they need and want through creating and exchanging
value with others.

build strong customer relationships in order to capture value
from customers in return.

moves are not profit oriented except the mission to address
social problems.

Schnatter knocked out a broom closet in the back of his father's
tavern, Mick's Lounge, in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
