 Emotions are divided into two parts.

 A)Felt Emotions-Emotions that a person experience
during working on a particular job.
 B)Displayed Emotions-Emotions that expected from
you while working in a particular
profession.(Emotional labor)
Display Emotions-Modification of one’s
own feelings to display exact roles that
you have to portray.
Emotional Dissonance
 Challenge when employee has to project one emotion
simultaneously feeling other which leads to
exhaustion and burnout.
