 The ability to plan, organize, monitor and direct
individuals.

 The organization and coordination of the activities of a


business in order to achieve defined objectives.

 The process of planning, organizing, leading, and


controlling the use of resources to accomplish
performance goals .
Planning
 Is the process of setting performance objectives and
determining what should be done.
 Desired results and ways to achieve them.

 Is the process of assigning tasks, allocate resources,
and coordinating work activities to implement plans..

 Is the process of arousing enthusiasm and inspiring
efforts to achieve goals.
 Influence others to do their best work .
Controlling
 Is the process of measuring performance ,comparing
results to objectives and taking corrective actions as
needed .
