 Addiction is a psychological and physical inability to


stop consuming a chemical, drug, activity, or
substance, even though it is causing psychological
and physical harm
 Some addictions also involve an inability to stop
partaking in activities, such as gambling, eating, or
working. In these circumstances, a person has a
behavioral addiction.

 Is a big problem to a large number of people across


the globe and the number is only increasing by the
day.
 We all love to play games on our mobile phone. And
why not? After all it’s fun. Games provide fun
moments into our busy and tight scheduled life. They
help in reducing stress. Playing games on mobile
phones is not harmful as far as it doesn’t turns out to
be an addiction. To release some stress, we play
mobile games for hours, which in turn adversely
affects our health physical and mental.
