TO BE REFLECTIVE…………..

We need to be aware of the many and varied ways in which:

→ we might create,
→ or at least influence,
→ the type of knowledge we use.
4 WAYS TO BE REFLECTIVE - WORKSHOP
1. UNDERSTAND your knowledge
 Ever asked yourself how do you think like you think now?
 How you interpret and select information is influenced by your physical and social/status setting

2. Your knowledge is also mediated by your own SUBJECTIVITY

 How you identify and perceive a phenomena is influenced by your mind set, experience and social position

3. How you REACT in knowledge process

 Ever think of any tools and process you adopt that influence your insights?

4. Knowledge is INTERACTIONAL
