It is an umbrella term that includes any communication

device or application, encompassing: radio, television,
cellular phones, computer and network hardware and
software, satellite systems and so on, as well as the
various services and applications associated with them,
such as videoconferencing and distance learning.

Lecture
 A special design of the auditorium can contribute to a
lecture. Microphones, amplifiers, and other equipment
can improve loudness and even acoustic quality of
human speech.
 Students can also use microphones while asking
questions.
 In the case of bigger audiences, the speaker’s face and
figure can be captured by a video camera, magnified,
and projected onto a screen.
 Speaker can combine pre recorded images with images made
during lecture.
 Images of real objects obtained via camera can be downloaded
to computer or directly connected to projector
 Electronic digital lectures can be transmitted online to many
places at once
 Computer can record written and oral answers by all students on
the time line
 During discussion major points are recorded and presented on
screen to make it lively
