A diet is difficult of put into pratice ,for this reason is important respect him much as you can for
best results , the secret this in the size of the portion be recommend distibute in fifty porcent
carbohydrates , thirty porcent protein , twenty fats.

BREAKFAST 1. An infusion with skim milk.


2. Two slices of integral toast with skim cheese.
3. A glass of Orange juice.
4. A cup of tea or coffee.
