RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description Duties and Responsibilities

Event Director  Oversee the overall activities in the event and designate task to members.
 Coordinate with the committees and supervised all budget allocation

Assistant event  Act as the overall chairman in case the event director is not around.
Director  Assist the event director in all activities.
Documentation  Responsible for all the communication letters and incharge in the registration.
Committee  Responsible for all the documentation reports and presentation.

Technical Committee  Responsible for the audio and visual set up of the event.

Marketing Committee  Responsible for the promotion and advertisement for the event.
 Incharge for the tarpaulin and other printed materials for the event.

Safety and Security  Responsible for the assurance of safety of participants and security of event
Committee paraphernalia.
Finance Committee  Responsible for the budget proposal and monitors the cash flow.
 Responsible for the financial report of the event.
Food Committee  Responsible for the supervision of the menu and its price.

ONLINE PROMOTION
Facebook - It is the great place to start
since most people are on it. That makes it
very easy for you to find and reach the right
audience. There are Facebook groups
dedicated for your cause and you can join
in the conversation and see if you can find
people interested in your your event and
some may even sponsor it.
Hashtags - It is an essential part of
promotion because if the charity has its
own hashtag it can easily be found.
OFFLINE PROMOTION
Volunteer Street Team - You can recruit
people from the local community to act as
volunteer street team. They can help you
distribute flyers and be advocates for the
cause.
