Study of Master Plan of Delhi is also important as it acts as
guideline for various other cities and is one of the most
comprehensive master plans.
The main objective of master plan is to give
direction to future growth of the development
area and making viable and practicable
adjustment in the already developed
unplanned land.

Important Places:
• Central Delhi includes renowned tourist attractions which are visited
by tourists all throughout the year. Red Fort which is an epitome of
the Mughal era that stands as the face of tourist attractions in Delhi.
• A visit to the glorious India Gate which was built in the year 1931.
• Raj Ghat which is yet another tourist attraction. Jama Masjid
