Summary:
 Based on OSS KPIs, it is noted that ping pong between TTIB IN and OUT has been
reduced.
 Due to TTI bundling exit timer increased ttibSinrDwellTimeOut: 200ms →2000ms

 Based on Drive Test:

 Cell edge drive test shows that the voice quality is improved, specially when UE is at cell edge.
 Cluster Drive (NQG Area):
 No improvement observed – Dense Area
 Northeast_KP_Udon_Thani

 Marginal improvement observed – Rural Area

reduce pin pong )
