• DL IBLER target adaptation
› One fixed target IBLER cannot achieve the optimal throughput in all scenarios. The target downlink I
BLER adaptation function increases downlink throughput.
• Aperiodic CQI Reporting for DL Frequency Selection and Scheduling
› With the enhancement, eNodeB will enable aperiodic CQI report of a DL FSS UE based on the chann
el condition and data transmission speed report. But the num of users with aperiodic CQI report is li
mited to 10.
• Enhanced Aperiodic CQI Reporting
› This feature cancel the limitation on the num of users with aperiodic CQI report
• Enhanced Dynamic Adjustment on the Number of OFDM Symbols Occupied by the P
DCCH
› CFI is the control format indicator, which indicate the num of OFDM symbols used as PDCCH in a su
b-frame. CFI can be 1,2, 3 . In previous release, DL FSS is only used for CFI=3, It now can be used for
all CFIs.
