HO Attempts (Deleted Neigh during Monitoring Period) : 0
Total intra/Inter ENB HO attempts are stable after LTE1685 activation i.e
only those neighbors relation were removed by feature which were not
having any HO attempts for last 72 hours

RRC Conn Setup Redirection

Gains:
RRC failure due to AC is improved [ 78.79 % ]
