OUR MISSION
The goal of LaS’D is to manufacture subtle yet powerful
motifs and incorporate it to our collection. High-quality
materials will be used so that the product can have
good feedback from the target market. All aspects (such
as design, material, and layout) will be thoroughly
analyzed and be given the full effort that the future
customer deserves. The company will offer an
exceptional level of customer service and unique pieces
tailored to the satisfaction of the target market. This

Market Analysis
LaS’D aims to target students, teaching and non-teaching staff, and alumi’s of

Quezon City Science High School. The following products such as the lanyards,
socks, and drawstrings, are to be advertised through different social media
platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram; and through traditional door to
door advertisement to show the actual product itself and a catalogue to preview
other designs of LaS'd products. Posters will also be posted around the QCSHS
campus for the market to be able to decide whether which merch they are going
to get and in what design. There will also be group bundles, which the
proponents assume will entice the market into buying their products.

Based on the owners' knowledge and experience with lanyards, socks and drawstring bags design
combined with skills at customizing and making the said products, the LaS'd, is a full-service store
which sells lanyards, socks and drawstring bags tailored and customized to each scientian.

The enterprise’s competitive edge is that it is primarily concentrating on the selling of customized
lanyards, cotton socks, and light drawstring bags while other competitors only minimally focus on
these types of products. Its services will also include creating custom pieces for its target market
according to their design needs.

The social media accounts to be created will help the advertising strategy to disseminate the
information, the pre-order processes and the medium for the promotional video.

The SWOT analysis provides an opportunity to examine the internal strengths and weaknesses of
the LaS'D must be addressed. It also allows to examine the opportunities presented to the business as

OPERATIONS AND MANAGEMENT PLAN


The management team of LaS'D will pay full attention to the manufacturing
and operations of their enterprise. Through their various social media
platforms, the team primarily aims to promote their products by
disseminating various advertisements and door-to-door promotions. Pre-order
transactions will also be made online through the said enterprise's social
media accounts.

LaS'D will be located near the Senior High School Building, beside the QCSHS
field. The pre-ordered products will be handed to the customers personally
during the Entrepreneurship Fair. Orders will still be accepted for customers
who failed to pre-order online. 11
