 INTRODUCTION
Barari nurseries were founded in December 2012 as a result of the decision of Barari Forest
Management to go commercial.
Barari Forest Management is registered as a Limited Liability Company. The company entered into an
agreement with the Environmental Agency - Abu Dhabi to manage, operate, maintain and develop identified
forests, gardens and infrastructure. Barari contributes meaningfully to the era of sustainable environmental
management desired by the visionary leadership of the UAE
Barari nurseries took over the Nurseries of Al Ain Municipality and started to make it according to needs of
the modern times horticultural practices by modification of old and development of new infrastructure. Total
area on which Barari Nurseries are practicing its new and highly advance techniques of modern horticulture
is 600,000m² with manpower of 250 so far and still growing in both the terms.

Equipped with latest machinery, devoted and specialist staff, continuous research and development and
immense knowledge of the region and plants here, Barari have the capacity to meet the demands of the
retail and wholesale sectors along with landscape contractors and government clients throughout the UAE
and beyond. For major project developments we are also able to provide site nursery construction, plant
procurement together with operation and maintenance services from start to completion
Barari nurseries has worked on building its capacity while keeping the costs low so that the market can be
provided with quality products in large quantities at low prices.

Barari Nurseries are one of the largest growers and importers of the all kinds of ornamental plants. We have
almost all kinds of palms, trees, shrubs, ground covers, fruit plants etc.
Barari Nurseries take pride in working with the indigenous species of UAE, we consider it our specialty.
We have allotted a reasonable space to the indigenous species, where our team of experts strives to grow
and maintain these rare and hard to grow species. We are not only focusing on the verities of indigenous
plants but at the same time we are trying our best to have these plants in large quantities also.
We constantly invest in trailing new species that should have the capability to thrive in the arid
conditions in the Gulf region. Our contribution to the greening of Dubai and our production of quality plants
have been recognized by key government organizations such as the Environmental agency.
 Palms
Our goal is to provide several illustrations of as many palms species as possible. We have enough
range of exotic palms in different specifications. Some are locally produced and others are
imported from different countries. Special area is specified, dedicated team is available to
establish / re-establish the palms.
 Trees
A vast range of ornamental trees and our ability to procure them from all round the world is
making us unique in this industry.
 Shrubs
Well-established and acclimatized stock of shrubs is available in different shapes and
specifications
 Climbers/Vines
Multi range climbers make selection easier for landscapers
 FRUIT PLANTS
Large quantities of different species of fruit plants are provided to the local market
 GROUND COVERS
Our ground cover production provides solutions to landscaping challenges or just adds a bit
of much needed texture and colour.
SUCCULENTS:
A stock of high quality succulents of different Species are available.

GRASSES:
Grasses are useful in different types of Landscape ranging from formal gardens to native, plains and
meadows. We can provide different grass species.

SEASONALS:
There are two flowering seasons (Winter & Summer) in United Arab Emirates. For each season we have
varieties of different colours.
