a) Informing the results of the examination to the
mother about the condition of herself and her baby that is in good condition b) Remind mothers of the signs of childbirth such as contraction more often, the release of blood- colored lenders, rupture of membranes. c) Explain to the mother that the contraktion felt right now is a fake contraction caused by a decrease in normal hormones that occur when approaching labor. The nature of contractions during labor is strong, frequent, regular and adequate fiber at least 2 times in 10 minutes d) Ensuring that the mother has prepared preparations for delivery such as : 1) Costs and determination of place and delivery assistance 2) Family members who are made as decision makers if there is a complication or need a referral 3) Mother and baby clothes along with other equipment include: Mother's Purpose: Sanitary napkins, jar cloth, panties, and clothes Baby Purposes: Clothes, swaddling, diapers, telon oil, powder, hats, blankets 4) Health facility documents (for example ASKES, health insurance from work places, health cards etc.) 5) Give the mother supplementation of Iron Tablet (Fe) 60 mg twice a day dose as many as 20 tablets, Vit C 50 mg dose of once a day as much as 10 tablets. 6) Explain that the needs of Fe tablets in normal pregnant women are as many as 90 tablets during pregnancy, and provide an understanding that maternal Hb levels are lacking and are categorized as Mild Anemia so mothers should increase awareness to take Fe tablets twice a day. 7) Re-explain how to take Fe tablets and explain that constipation is a side effect of consuming Fe tablets, and recommends that mothers increase fiber consumption to reduce the side effects of difficult Defecation. 8) Encourage mothers to always read the book Mother and child health in order to increase knowledge about various things about mother and child. 9) Schedule a return visit of the mother in 1 week or if there are complaints to control pregnancy. 10) Record the results of examinations in the maternal and child health book and the book visit of pregnant women
