“Waste management is a systematic, comprehensive and
sustainable activity that includes the reduction and handling of
waste. A temporary shelter is a place before garbage is transported
to an integrated recycling, processing and / or waste treatment site.
Integrated waste processing site is a place where collection, sorting,
reuse, recycling, processing and final waste processing activities are
carried out. Final processing site is a place to process and return
waste to the environment media safely for humans and the
environment”

(Law of Republic Indonesia No. 18 of 2008).
