Introduction
 I’m working as a quality inspector in Terminal
Technologies .
 I have to inspect all child part (inserts) and have to

approve if it ok, Otherwise as per drawing not match


dimension so reject that mart.
 Till now I use for instrument are

1 Digital vernier caliper.


2 Digital micrometer.
3 Vision measuring machine(VMM).
4 Automatic Vision measuring machine(PVMM)
5 Coordinte measuring machine (CMM).

Quality Control
This process includes setting standards such as
specifications, measurement deviations, taking action to
fix / minimize the adverse variances and to improve the
standard itself.
Examination quality contractor should be able to
understand the conditions of quality as desired.
