Hand Signals in volleyball.
Time out- lasts 30 seconds. A time-out can't be requested while the
ball is in play. When requesting a time-out, it must be done after a rally has
ended and before the whistle has been blown to allow for the next serve.
Change of Courts -– Basic Rules of Volleyball After each set, the
teams change courts with the exception of the deciding set. In the
deciding set, once a team reaches 8 points, the teams change
courts without delay and the player positions remain the same.
Substitution Limit
The FIVB rules dictate that teams can make only 6 substitutions
per set. The USAV domestic competition rules allow teams to
substitute the same player multiple times within a set as long as
the teams do not exceed their 12-substitution limit.
After the last point of the set has been scored, and you
have awarded the final point and signaled the fault,
whistle and show the end of set signal by crossing the
arms over the chest. Hands should be open with the
palms facing the body.
In conclusion, playing any
ball games is not enough
we should learn also the
