 Introduction

 1986 challenger space shuttle didn’t explode

 73 seconds after liftoff, at altitude of 14000

meters it was in fireball.

 Later investigation it showed it wasn’t an

explosion or detonation.

cold condition

in cold conditions
• No Scape plan for crew

• Design must be tested in each

and every critical possible
conditions before use
• In any of malfunction in design
need a plan to protect human
life
