How to adjust XP control setup 4
• Turn the flow reducing valve No. 5 fully in,
then a ¼ - 1/2 turn out and secure.
• Turn the Feedback pressure control valve
No. 03 fully out
• Adjust the XP control valve No. 4 to fully in
• Reduce the pressure level in line XP to
120 bar for correct adjustments, before you
connect the hydraulics to the unit.
• Supply pressure to port P and XP
• Start to adjust the XP control valve until the
elevator starts open properly.
• Secure the valve and adjust XP pressure supply back to 160 – 210 bar
• Close the elevator and adjust the feedback to approx. 85 bar by using the feedback
pressure control valve. The feedback is shown in line XP.

If it is not possible to adjust the pressure supply in line XP, you can adjust the XP
control valve to the current XP pressure level and turn the valve an additional ½ turn
out to cover pressure fluctuations.
