SUGGESTIONS
 Job specification should be disclosed at the time of
recruitment and selection so that employees are well
aware of the tasks to be performed by them and the
expectations their seniors have from them.
 Company should undergo personality test in order to
judge the personality of the person applying for the
job.
 The references given by the candidates at the time of
selection brought into use and should be verified in
order to avoid undesired candidates.
