There is no established HR department to handle the 250 people working at the organization

The HR policy doesn’t have an organized way of hiring and retaining the human workforce

High attrition rate of the factory employees

No motivation and hence no dedication from the factory workers resulting in low productivity

Pay dissatisfaction even among the supervisors
