• J Grade employees holds the maximum chunk in the terminated employees, reason behind the same can
be found out by closely observing the same and talking to employees of that grade to solve their problems.
• It is observed that Richard Maitum and George Rivers have been the manager for a large number of
terminated employees who inturn falls under the purview of same director i.e. Denver Pleasant. Rotation
policy can be tried to see if there is something to do with the individuals or it is because of the department
they are handling.
• Exit interviews must be taken to understand the reason which caused the termination. Young employees
with long years ahead had been terminated mostly. It might be a reason that lack of experience is causing
the termination which can be solved by proper training.
