Rotation policy can be tried to see if there is something to do with the individuals or it is because of the department they are handling. • Exit interviews must be taken to understand the reason which caused the termination. Young employees with long years ahead had been terminated mostly. It might be a reason that lack of experience is causing the termination which can be solved by proper training.
