WHAT    IS    PROBLEM    IDENTIFICATION?

Is the first step to successful problem

resolution
Identify the Problem before the
Solution

Problem Identification consists of:

1. Clearly identifying the root cause of
a problem
2. Developing a detailed problem
       statement

2
The problem must be found, as something that
is affecting the objectives to be followed, the
problems may be current or be the cause of
many conflicts in the company.

The following questions can be generated

to be able to locate the problem:

Generation of solution alternatives

Here are three categories to

consider when looking for known
decision alternatives:

-Solutions for the same decision

made previously

-Decision options not pursued for

the same decision made previously

-Solution alternatives for the same

decision made for a different
situation or context

 Decision options not pursued for the same decision made previously
Decision alternatives that were considered previously often continue to evolve and improve. When
making a decision, previously discarded options may provide the solution needed/desired now.

 Solution alternatives for the same decision made for a different situation
or context
This category requires considering different situations or environments where a similar decision might
be made.

The implementation of the chosen solution should be a relatively direct step.

Although many of the solutions seem to be the best fail for de following
aspects.
