PANDEMIC
Guest Pick Up Procedure
 The Avanza or Innova vehicles are only permitted to
carry at the maximum of 3 passengers at once. 2
guests in the second row and 1 guest in the third
row.
 Minibus or elf are only allowed to carry at the
maximum of 8 passengers.
 All passengers must wear masks before and during
the trip.
 Physical distance between guest in each row is 1
meter at the minimum.
 The vehicle is disinfected after a single trip

Jetty Entrance Procedure
 All guests and personnel must wear mask and wash
hand with the provided facility at the Jetty entrance
 Guest queue will be managed to follow covid-19
protocol from the government. Distance between
guest in the queue is minimum 1 meter. Signage
will be placed.
 Cooperative will appoint one duty staff to control
and manage queue and the above protocol at the
entrance gate.
 Individuals who don’t do the above protocol are not
permitted to enter mangrove Jetty.

Queuing in Jetty Mangrove
 Queuing in Jetty will follow Covid-19 physical
distancing procedure.
 Guests are not allowed to crowd in one place. They
must keep minimum distance of 1 meter with other
guest.
 Seating plan in the jetty is also arranged based on
physical distancing protocol.

Boat Loading Protocol
 Each boat consists of only 5 guests,1 tour guide,
and 1 boat crew
 Boat is disinfected after every single tour as well
as life jacket
