What is Parkinson’s disease?

dopaminergic neurons in the brain
deteriorate over time
◦ Common symptoms include: tremor,
changes in gait, lack of facial expression,
speech changes, bradykinesia, handwriting
changes, constipation, depression,
stooped posture, and more
