to damage.
Help to maintain adequate blood flow to heart and
other part of the body.
Physical activity reduces the risk of high blood
pressure
2. Balanced Diet
The basic of heart healthy diet are not complicated.
Take/eat a wide variety of food.
Choose healthier fats.
Eat food that for our heart

 Vegetables
 Legumes
 Fruits
3. Counselling and Psychology support
Decide what treatment options are best suited for you.
(Psychologist and Cardiologist)
Can provide support and help you deal and change the
unhealthy behaviors. (smoking, drinking)
4. Medical Treatment
Take medicine as prescribe by Cardiologist.
If medication not enough go for medical procedures or
surgery (Recommend by doctor)
