Cedritos is located in a crowed part of the region so the beauty of Bogotá can’t be enjoyed from the resturent,
the resturent is covered with buildings.
• That area contains Wide avenues, beautiful churches, grand palaces, lush green parks and roadways. Posh
dsitricts with very compelling post of modern architecture
• It has a European feel to it, did not feel like in one of the more indeginous countries of Latin America.

 Architects : Guillermo Fischer
 Concept :The project is built in a site that had a 4 house “closed housing state”, where an Oak
and an Araucaria trees are located for more than 60 years. So since the beginning the idea was
to preserve those trees.

1.Sructural Material :
 Waterproof PVC membrane on deck and flanks.
 2 Deck sandwich type 3.
 Profiles are according to design structure.
 4 Finishing frame is in galvanized in sight caliber.
 HEA 700 Perimeter Beam according to structural design.
 Ceiling support structure.
 Tempered laminated glass of mm + 6mm glued to profiles in um Duo with structural
silicone O.
