INTRODUCTION
BANK
Definition:
 A bank is a financial intermediary that accepts deposits
and channels those deposits into lending activities, either
directly or through capital markets.
 A bank connects customers with capital deficits to
customers with capital surpluses.
 “Commercial Bank”: refer to a bank or a division of a
bank that mostly deals with deposits and loans from
corporations or large businesses.
INTRODUCTION
BANK TYPES:

 Retail Bank: dealing directly with individuals and small


businesses. Commercial Bank
 Business Bank: providing services to mid-market
business.
 Corporate banking: directed at large business entities.

 Private Bank: providing wealth management services to


net worth individuals and families.
 Investment Bank: relating to activities on the financial
markets.

•The front of the main tower of 20
floors, is protected by a titanium
mesh, lightweight material highly
resistant to corrosion, which
because of their electrostatic
properties which has the ability
to reject the dust characteristic
of the Peruvian capital.

•Behind the main towers of the


building appears to be lowest with
seven levels, With façade of glass
and horizontal profiles. This creates
translucent and excellent Working
environment, while balance came
in clad titanium.
At night, neon lamps generate
diagonal beams that cut the
tower from the bottom to the
top, forming an urban
lighthouse.

Another feature is that the


tower is slightly tilted forward.
Each stands 20 centimeters
above the floor below.

•At 19 and 20 floors of the tower


are located the offices of
executives of the Corporation
which gives the privileged views
of Lima and a direct connection
to the helipad on the top floor.
The party is resolved in two
blocks of different shapes,
which are building tower and
a lower base and a stone
monument that rescues the
Andean Inca heritage.

The Bureau of money from the


bank, which operates 24 hours, is
a cantilevered steel structure that
stands in the building lower.
