Suryoday is among the 10 companies and the
only one from Maharashtra to obtain a ’Small
Finance Bank’ licence from the Reserve Bank
of India (RBI).
Suryoday’s primary focus is to ensure the

Suryoday Bank intends to open a new branch on Palm


Beach Road, Navi Mumbai.

room for error for the design’s regality.

 Reception area should be next to teller


desks and waiting lounge.
 Reception desk can have large signage as
the backdrop, or transparent glass for a
limited view into diwan-e-khas area.
 Reception desk will be common for diwan-
e-aam and diwan-e-khas areas, with a door
to lead to diwan-e-khas area.
WAITING LOUNGE

 Waiting lounge should be next to entrance


and reception for customer convenience.
 Lounge should be kept stocked with
refreshments and snacks.
 Lounge can have TV screen to display
corporate videos on loop.
SMALL MEETING ROOMS

 Meeting rooms shall have 4 person capacity.


 Meeting rooms shall be located in the
diwan-e-khas area.
 Meeting rooms can have lacquered glass
walls for double function as writing surface.
CONFERENCE ROOM

 Conference room can have glass walls with


roller blinds for privacy.
 Conference room must have projector or
with roller screen.
 Conference room must have adequate
lighting for both physical as well as virtual
meeting scenarios.
MANAGER CABINS

 Cabins must have manager’s table with


seating provisions for two people.
 Cabins must have storage spaces for
documents and files.
 Cabins can have single glazed partition for
privacy.
TELLER DESKS

 Teller desks should be located close to


reception desk.
 Teller desks should have provisions for
storing large amounts of cash as well as
counting machines, computers, registers &
documents, etc.
 Teller should have quick access to the
aforementioned objects and tools.
FRONT OFFICE CUBICLES

 Cubicles shall have seating capacity of two


people per table.
 Cubicles must have storage provisions for
documents, files, etc.
 Cubicle desk-tops should accommodate
computer, documents, as well as open
folders simultaneously.
BACK OFFICE WORKSTATIONS

 Workstations can be linear in layout


arrangement.
 Workstations can have bustrack system for
cable management and neat aesthetics.
 Workstations should be ergonomically
designed to provide ample space and
comfort for extended work durations.
