THE CASE IS:
 You work as Rooms Division Manager for International Brand 200 room Hotel, located in the
city center. The hotel operates already for 3 years. Together with department heads of your
division finally you did a lot to create a great team, with high sense of belonging, driven
towards best results. The hotel operates with yearly average occupancy of 80%.
 In the middle of 4th year, you notice, that the Guest Satisfaction Index falls down from 10 to 6
points.
 The recent Employee Satisfaction Index also shows the decrease with 2.5 points.
