Competition
• To be able to compete with the existing
competitors who already had a plant in the
area like DN Steel, Megapacific, Philmetal,
Union Galva Steel, and Steeltech.
• Putting-up our own Plant in a more
strategic location and with Dwightsteel’s
superior quality materials allows us to
easily achieve our objective.
Market Distribution Summary
Among the bicol provinces, Calabarzon remained highest
in terms of the number of new construction projects with 5,311
or 21.4 percent of the total. National Capital Region (NCR)
was a far second with 3,043 construction projects or 12.3
percent of the total, followed by Central Visayas with 2,841
constructions (11.5%). Central Luzon (Region III) and Davao
(Region XI), ranked fourth and fifth with 2,670 (10.8%) and
2,282 (9.2%) construction projects, respectively.

fourth quarter of 2018

At the provincial level, Camarines Sur reported the most number


of construction projects in the bicol region at 2,044 accounting for 8.2
percent of the total, followed by the province of Albay with 1,420
construction projects (5.7%). Other top provinces in bicol region in
terms of the number of construction projects are as follows:         

Camarines Norte with 1,298 construction projects (5.2%)


Sorsogon with 1,122 construction projects (4.5%)
Masbate with 1,058 construction projects (4.3%)
Catanduanes with 964 construction projects ( 2.12 % )
