 TRASURE PLANET:
• Treasure Planet is a 2002 American animatedscience fiction film produced by Walt Disney
Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures on November 27, 2002. It is the
43rd Disney animated feature film
• The film was co-written, co-produced and directed by Ron Clements and John Musker, who
had pitched the concept for the film at the same time that they pitched Disney's
• The musical score was composed by James Newton Howard, while the songs were written
and performed by John Rzeznik.

 PERSONAJES.
• Jim is a very adventurous, rebellious, and caring young lad. he was a stereotypical, alienated
teenager, the directors said that to emphasize Jim's "Bad Boy" reputation. Jim is stoic and guarded,
but as time goes on, he begins to open up, and at the end of the movie, he becomes a much more
open, confident and happier young man.
• Jim is also very brave, selfless, strong-willed, independent, and loyal to his allies.
• .. He is also usually honest, yet quite private, and hardly ever lies; he only lies if he feels that he
really has to. Jim can also be very sweet, innocent and polite, and cares greatly for his allies and will
protect and defend them from anything and anyone. 
• Dr. Delbert Doppler is seen as the classic astronomer who trips over his own feet and words yet
seems to be one of the smarter characters, despite his choices in fashion. He is relatively pacifistic,
not handling weapons if he an possibly avoid it.
• He also is socially awkward as shown through his interactions with Captain Amelia and the crew,
However, he is very brave and loyal, managing to protect his friends and stand up to the bad guys
when the situation called for it.
• Delbert Doppler is a long time friend of Sarah Hawkins, Jim’s mother. When finding out about the
map's potential, Doppler immediately agreed to go searching for the treasure with Jim, convincing
Sarah it was a good idea.
• Captain Amelia is the experienced captain of the R.L.S. Legacy, the ship Doctor Delbert
Doppler hired to journey to Treasure Planet. She is an alien who appears to be some sort of hybrid of
cat and woman. Amelia is quick-witted, fast-talking and a force of will. She is proud, strong-minded,
business-like and scornful of flattery.
• Despite their many differences, Amelia shares many similarities with Doppler. They are
both knowledgeable, determined and remarkably brave when situation demands it. 
• Silver is rather greedy and cunning, having spent most of his life searching for the treasure of Captain
Flint, but he has a caring side, too, and understands that friendship can be more important than
treasure..
• Nonetheless, he maintains a constant air of harsh 5 and deceptiveness around his crewmates,
understandably necessary to maintain his position as their leader.
• journey passes and Silver gets to know how strong-willed and determined Jim is, they form a father-
son relationship.
• Ben He was once the navigator of the legendary space pirate, Captain Flint, Flint also removed
B.E.N.'s memory chip to keep him from revealing his self-destruct mode for the planet. B.E.N. was
trapped on Treasure Planet, until Jim Hawkins and the shape-shifter Morph came along. B.E.N. was
able to remember one clue that would lead Jim to Flint's treasure. Jim allows B.E.N. to come along
with the crew on their adventure, as long as he didn't talk so much and touch Jim.
• Morph is a pink blob of space goo that has the ability to morph into anything he wants and a major
character in Treasure Planet. At some point prior to the film, Silver found him and took him in as a
pet.. Morph is the trusted side-kick and pet of John Silver. Morph is known for being quite
mischievous and has caused trouble in the past. He displays a liking to Jim Hawkins, the protagonist,
and is able to assist him with his morphing powers. 
• This display has Silver get Morph to stay with Jim rather than break his heart.
