• Formulated based on the experience in development of IWTCS scheme by
NIWE.
• The document is envisaged to assist and facilitate the following stakeholders;
– Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)
– End Users- Utilities, Developers, IPPs, Owners, Authorities, Investors
and Insurers
– Certification Bodies
– Testing Laboratories.
• The certificate shall be revalidated if there is any change in network
condition or modification/replacement of any equipment
