COMPUTERIZED

ENROLLMENT SYSTEM
OF MALANSAD NUEVO
HIGH SCHOOL
Introduction
 Over the years, discussion have arisen over the use of technology on
how it helps to improve life of an individual, disagreements whether
technology improves the human condition or worsens it. Arguing that,
it harms the environment and affects people if they did not used
technology in a right way. Technology is the use of science in industry
and engineering to invent useful things or to solve problems and a
manner of accomplishing a task especially using technical processes,
methods, or knowledge1. It is a fact that technology has many effects
like it helps to develop more advanced economies including today's
global economy and has allowed the rise of a leisure class. Many
technologies involved in technological processes produce unwanted by-
products known as pollution and absorb natural resources and damage
our Earth's environment.
 The proponents of this study proposed to make a Computerized
Enrolment System of Malansad Nuevo High School. Through this
proposed system the manipulation, management and records of
students will now be an easy task. With the use of computerized
system you will be able to handle appropriately the information
and at the same time you can also update the records of
students within minutes and the time management will be
implemented. Through this system, it will improve the growth and
productivity of an organization and shall fulfil the needs of the
students and other responsible in terms of recording and storing
the data.
 Indeed, technology in business ultimately made
living worthwhile. It eliminates a manual system
that makes the work more heavy and complex. It
cannot be denied though that technological
threats to business are growing rapidly, such as
hacking and other malicious activities. But the
good effect of the technology brings has an
impact in the form of bad things that threaten the
business world. In the end, it is still responsible
to use these that would further allow us to enjoy
the benefits that technology can transport.

Statement of the problem
This study aims to develop the Computerized
Enrolment System of Malansad Nuevo High School.
Specifically, it seeks to answer the following questions:
 What is the existing system being used in Malansad
Nuevo High School?
 What are the problems encountered in the existing
system?
 What are the benefits that can be established using
the “Computerized Enrolment System”?
Assumption of the study
 Using the existing system or manual system, the
problems they met like the information and records
are not kept properly and not organize that causes
loss of important papers and documents.

 The existing system used by the Registrar/School


Principal in managing the student’s information is
less in security.

 The common problems encountered by the using


manual system, is time consuming and the process
for the enrolment runs slowly.
