    REASON: It can cause hazard, extension
    cords may not provide a continuous
    path to ground because of a broken
    ground wire or plug.

    MITIGATION: To avoid grounded wire,


    we use a new wire and cover it by
    orange hose.
    CEILING
    REASON: It can called a hazard
    because we don’t know the parts of
    ceiling will be falling.

    MITIGATION: We should repair the


    ceiling as soon as possible.
    CIRCUIT
    REASON: It can cause hazard because
    the circuit is destroy or not finish to
    work.

    MITIGATION: To avoid short circuit


    check your circuit for shorts after
    finishing each path in your circuit.
    Unfinished Infrastructure
    REASON: Due to a unfinished
    infrastructure some small object like
    irons or cement may also cause a risk by
    falling.

    MITIGATION: To avoid that we need to


    use a caution sign.
    WET FLOOR
    REASON: It can consider a hazard
    because there is a possibility the
    student will be slide.

    MITIGATION: Display "Wet Floor" signs


    as needed or use a mop to absorb the
    water immediately.
