REASON
• It can cause everyone especially in raining for
it can cause electric shock.
MITIGATION
•Avoid holding and go near and replace another
wire for the safety of everyone.
OPEN CEILLING
•It’s the overhead surface of a room which the material
used is in the line on this surface.
REASON
•It can cause danger to everyone in the school
for there are some wires that may lead harmful
for everyone.
MITIGATION
•Avoid getting near in that certain place for it is
dangerous and it should be fixed immediately.
BROKEN WINDOW GLASSES
•A hard solid substance, usually transparent substance
that shatters easily is broken.
REASON
•There is some instances that it is cause by the
ball that’s been hit in the window glass.
MITIGATION
•Avoid going into that area and it should be put
in the proper place for the safety of everyone.
UNDER CONSTRUCTION AREA
• An area where it’s being constructed or repaired.
REASON
•It is dangerous for everyone especially when
going there or passing in that area because there
may be harmful object that will fall .
MITIGATION
•Avoid going in that area and be careful in
passing if ever.
COCONUT TREE
• a tall tropical palm tree with large fruits coconuts.
REASON
•It is dangerous to the students for if the
coconut will fall into the ground and it will hit
someone.
MITIGATION
• Avoid staying in that place and be careful.
