Physical Beauty

One can achieve their own types of physical beauty by being the
best versions of themselves. Everyone is different hence
manifestations of physical beauty may vary from person to person.
We must focus on ourselves and not compare ourselves to others.

Our physical appearance can also tell us how well we are treating
our body and thus, affecting our path to being the best that we can
be.

With that being said, here are some tips in taking care of ourselves
to achieve the best presentation of our physical selves.
Exercise Regularly

Having some kind of
physical activity ensures
that our body stays toned.
Exercise also releases
endorphins that increases
your overall mood and
helps with your cognitive
ability which can affect
how you present yourself
Stay Hydrated

Our body needs about 3
liters of water a day to
carry out various
physiological tasks.
Maintaining a proper level
of hydration ensures that
our body can carry out
these tasks effectively.
Eat Healthy

Make sure that your body
receives proper nutrition
to avoid looking sick or
feel weak.
Dress to Impress

Wear clothes that
complement your physical
build to make yourself
look more presentable. As
the saying goes, “dress for
the body you have, not the
body you have”.
Get Enough Sleep

A person must have 6 - 8
hours of sleep for the
body to repair itself and
for you to feel refreshed
and ready for the next
day.
Proper Hygiene

Maintain proper hygiene
to stay fresh. Hygiene is
also important in avoiding
sickness.
Unwind

Learn to relax from the
grind and treat yourself
once in a while.
Proper Posture

Having proper posture
will do wonders in
making yourself look
more presentable.
Love Yourself

You must accept yourself
fully. All your strengths
and your weakness are
what make up you and
you must truly embrace
that to be your best
physical self.
