 The internship was started on the 5 of July , and the first meet up was on
Skype, time 5:30pm to 6:30 pm. There Alina mam taught us about the

 How to introduced in a professional way.
 The rules of GD.
 Skills of PowerPoint presentation.
 Role of a marketer: Prospecting consist of four steps; i) Invitation, ii) Pitching,
iii) Follow up and iv) Closing
 Smart marketer and Convincing marketer.

 Open ended question and Close ended question.

 Next meet up on Skype was on 21 of July with the Co- founder
Anubhav Singh, where he explain about the details of the things the

Recessions.
EXECUTION OF RECRUITMENT DURING RECESSION

Recruitment refers to the process of identifying, attracting,


interviewing, selecting, hiring and on boarding employees. In other
words, it involves everything from the identification of a staffing
need to filling it.

Managers, human resource generalists


and recruitment specialists may be tasked with carrying
out recruitment, but in some cases public-sector employment
agencies, commercial recruitment agencies, or specialist search
consultancies are used to undertake parts of the process.
RECRUITING PROCESS
CAUSES OF RECESSION

 Higher interest rates which reduce borrowing and investment.


 Falling real wages.
 Falling consumer confidence, it delay the consumers spending or
expenditure.
 Credit crunch which causes a decline in bank lending and therefore
lower investment.
 A period of deflation.
 Exports less competitive.
 Fiscal austerity- when government cuts spending.
 Supply side shock- e.g. rise in oil prices cause inflation and lower
spending power.
EXECUTION OF RECESSION

 Audit and analyze past performance; can review the past performance data and
to keep track about the results and make an improvement in the place where it
is needed.
 Email marketing; most cost effective marketing channels because it can build
loyalty and trust for the brand.
 Gather more user reviews and testimonials; customer reviews have the power
to influence a purchasing decision because they strengthen the company’s
reputation.
 Place reviews on the website and include testimonials in the email marketing
campaign.
 Content Marketing; it is the best way to educate, influence and close sales
during an economic downtown.

Overall the internship is a really good program, it helps me to enhance and develop
my skills, ability and knowledge. It was a good experience to develop my skills.
From the report I came to know about various things about the company.
