    Mrs. Ina : Excuse me, help my child, nurse. My child was grazed by a car
    Nurse : Yes mam. Let me help.
    (Rika is brought to the room for inspection)
    Mrs. Ina : Yes, nurse. thank you
    Nurse : What are you feeling right now miss?
    Rika: My head is dizzy, my body aches all over. My leg hurt and was bleeding
    from being rubbed by a car
    Nurse : OK, Ms. I will check your condition and treat the wound on your leg.
    Rika: Yes nurse.
    (The nurse is doing wound care on Rika's leg.)
    Nurse : I have handled the wound on your leg and put a bandage on it
    Rika: Yes nurse, thank you.
    (After taking action on Rika, the nurse met Rika's mother to complete medical
    records and administration)
    Nurse : I'm sorry ma'am, are you Rika's guardian??
    Mrs. Ina : Yes, that's right nurse
    Nurse : Ok mam, please sit here. (prepare an assessment sheet to complement Rika's medical record)

    Nurse : What is your child's name?
    Mrs. Ina : My child's name is Rika Sus
    Nurse : How old is the child mam?
    Mrs. Ina : My daughter is 22 years old
    Nurse : Where is the address?
    Mrs. Ina : Bonang st No. 23b Surabaya
    Nurse : Does your child have any allergies to food or drugs, mam?
    Nurse : Do you have health insurance?
    Mrs. Ina : I don't have sus. Just use general. How is my child?
    Nurse :For now, your child is fine, but further observation and CT scan is needed because it is feared that
    there is a serious injury to your child's head.
    Mrs. Ina : Yes sus. please do your best for my child
    Nurse :Yes ma'am. While waiting for the next check. You can take care of the administration at the front
    counter, ma'am.
    Mrs. Ina : Yes sus. thank you
