Arik is a girl, she was 19 year old. She was life with her uncle and aunt. 1 year ago her parent
died because of an accident. After that, Arik has mental disorder, it’s disturd many people
around. Arik was caged by her uncle in her house. Hearing this problem, the government and
member from Mental Hospital coming to Arik’s house. And asking her uncle to bring Arik to
Mental Hospital.
Finally, her uncle and aunt bring Arik go to Mental Hospital, when they arrive on Mental
Hospital they calling the doctor.

Arik’s uncle :(kriiingg…krringggg…kringgg..)

Hello doc. Good morning, I’m Arik’s uncle, I think you are the doctor
who came to my house yesterday, aren’t you?

Doctor : oh yes sir, please go to admission for register

Arik’s uncle : oh yes doc, thanks for the information

Than, Arik’s uncle and aunt is registering.

Nurse Eka : Good morning mam, can I help you?

Arik’s aunt : och yes, before we come here, we was consult with doctor
ariawan and he asking me to bring my nephew here to take care
yesterday.

Nurse Eka : oh ok mam, now I would to ask some questions. Who is your nephew
name? How old is she? And now I will to accompany you to meet doctor.

And finally they go to the doctor Ariawan room.

Nurse Eka : excuse me doctor

Doctor Ariawan : Yes, please come here
Oh she is my patient when I was saw yesterday, right?

Arik’s uncle : yes doc, and now she need to be cared

Doctor Ariawan : can I speak with your nephew?

Hello, what is your name?

Arik : (just silent)

Doctor Ariawan : what do you feel now?

Suddenly, she is crying, shouting and calling her mother and father

Doctor Ariawan : nurse, please fall down the patient and take some medication to calm her
down.

Nurse Eka : ok ok doc

Now, Arik has fall down

Doctor Ariawan :ok sir, you can tell me what happen to your nephew?

Arik’s uncle :1 year ago her parent was accident and dead in that accident, it’s cause
she become like this.

Doctor Ariawan : after that, what happen again and what she feel?

Arik’s uncle : she usually crying, shouting, hurt herself and finally she was caged in the
house.
Doctor Ariawan : ok now, your nephew must be cared by nurse to make she calm down.

Arik’s aunt : och yes doc, everything I do for my nephew.

After that Arik’s uncle and her aunt back to home. In the room, doctor Ariawan and nurse
discuss about care plan will be given to the patient.

Nurse Ely : What can I do doctor?

Doctor Ariawan : the klien was mental disorder, she is feeling down because loss of her
parent.

Nurse Ely : so that patient experiencing low self esteem disturbance related to the
death of her parent. And what I do doctor?

Doctor Ariawan : you have to communication with her so that she is more open and tru
sting. And you also help patient to accept the feeling and thought.

Nurse Ely : och ok doctor

After a few day, patient become calm.

Nurse Ely : hay arik, how are you today?

Arik : I’m well

Nurse Ely : What do you feel now?

Arik : I’m really miss my parent

Nurse Ely : Arik, you can accept all of this look, a lot of people out successful
eventhugh their parent have died.they are always with you ,in your heart
and wherever you are.

Arik : I realize it make me sad. I feel lonely without them

Nurse Ely : arik , you still have an unde and aunt who will always support
everything you do

Arik : thank you was supported me

After that , the nurse Ely consult with doctor ariawan

Nurse Ely : excuse me doc

Docter Ariawan : yes, how are patient named Arik?

Nurse Ely :After I communicate with the pasient, she had a mental disorder ,
because her parent is dead and now she began to improve
Doctor Ariawan : Oh yes , I will to examine the patient , if she had recovered ,the patient
can take out to home

Doctor and Nurse see the patient

Doctor ariawan : Good morning Arik ,how are you today ????

Arik : Oh , I am well doc. Now, I can accept all of the accident

Doctor ariawan : nice, you must get past all these events

After the evaluation and the patient was recovered finally, she was allowed to go home, and she
was picked up by her uncle and aunt.
