2)Attendance management threshold
• The thresholds identify where an employee’s
attendance has fallen below a satisfactory level within a
rolling 12 month period
A threshold will be met when:
• Lost time rate exceeds 5% in a year spread over 2 or more
periods of absence; or
• There are 3 or more separate periods of absence in a rolling
6 months; or
• Any single absence is longer than 28 calendar days
