Commercial buildings oriented in NORTH EAST direction allows more open spaces to receive indirect sunlight and lesser

The DLF Cyber City is a corporate park in Gurgaon, India, which houses some of the top IT & Fortune 500 companies.
It has been termed a "futuristic commercial hub".
Cyber City is considered one of the largest hubs of IT activity in Delhi-NCR
Location:-
 The CBD resides in the city of Gurugram often
 dubbed the ‘face of new India’.
 Overlooked as a backward,
 Rural community just a decade ago,
 Gurugram has rapidly developed into an IT hub and home
to many multinational companies, partly due to its
proximity and connectivity to the national capital of new

Approach:-
 In 2013, Rapid Metro Gurgaon was introduced to Cyber City,
connecting it with Delhi Metro.
 The National Highway 8 (NH-8) runs through Cyber City and a project to construct a 16-lane expressway is also in
progress.
 A flyover between Cyber City and MG Road was opened in 2015 to reduce traffic congestion.
 The Indira Gandhi International Airport is located close to the Cyber City.
 Delhi Metro Phase 4 includes the extension of the Yellow line from its current Southern terminus at Huda City Centre
further south to Cyber City.
 40kms from Delhi railway station  30kms from railway station  15kms from IGI airport
 16 Lane Signal Free Road:
 The 16 lane signal free road network is fully integrated and aligned with the rapid metro route, underpasses and
various foot over bridges across major corporate and residential hubs of Gurugram to enable seamless connectivity.
