THE EFFECT OF THE RUNNING

AND BLOK LEARNING


SYSTEM ON STRESS LEVEL IN
GRADE 3 AT FIK UMJ

BACKGROUND
• Why we choose this topic because
based on our experience with both
different learning system. There is
one system that make us stressful.
We want to prove the system can
cause stress.
DEFINITION
 In a medical or biological context stress is a physical, mental, or
emotional factor that causes bodily or mental tension.
INTRODUCTION

• Learning is an obligation as a student. A lot of pressure is


experienced during the learning process. One of them is the
selection of an improper learning system. It is a trigger
factor for stress in students.
• To identify how many students choose block
learning systems or running learning systems
• To identify how many students are stressed
because of the learning system
PROCEDURE &
INSTRUMENTS
• The instrument that we used in this reaserch is a questionnaire that
we made by google form, after that we distributed it to
respondents.
• We distributed the questionnaires to student of grade 3 nursing
faculty at Muhammadiyah University Jakarta, by sharing our
research links with social media groups.
CONSEQUENCES
 Respondents filled out questionnaires not according to
the facts, consequently the data could not be processed
 The minimum number of respondents participating did
not fulfill
 Respondents did not participate in filling out the
questionnaire because they felt there was no reciprocity
or profit
 The questions asked were unclear, confusing respondents
in answering
 The researcher could not see the respondent's reaction
when giving information through questionnaire entries
INTERESTING FACT
• “blok system learning” make student get good understanding about
the subject they've studied
• “blok system learning” not make student stressful with the
assignment
• “blok system learning” make student get more better value on the
exam
RESEARCH METHODS
• In this research use quantitative data being presented in the form of
numbers. So, to get that the data we choose to use questionnaires.

RECOMENDATION

• Recommendations to further research are based on limitations research.


Limitations of this study include, (1) instruments; (2) election
population and sample; (3) guidance service method, so it is
recommended in further research to be more prepared in conducting
research
 
• Recommendations for our respondents in dealing with stress should do:
• 1. relaxation
• 2. distractions between learning
• 3. maybe you should Go to vacation
CONCLUSION
• Mostly student grade 3 at FIK UMJ likes blok learning system.
Because, based on result, running learning system make stressful.
