22 Present simple: positive statements

We use the same form of the verb for I, you, we, they.

I fruit.
You fish.
like
We cheese.
They milk.

I coffee.
You tea.
drink

They water.
22 Present simple: negative statements

We use do not/don’t before the verb.

I bread.
You don’t wine.
like
We (do not) meat.
They rice.

I beer.
You don’t water.
drink
We (do not) wine.
They cola.

NOTE: don’t is the short form of do not.
